I grew up in a town called Langley (near Vancouver) in Canada, and moved to New York city in 2019 to work as a Private Equity Investor. Despite the trappings of wealth and external success, I felt lost on this unexamined path and out of alignment with my creative spirit. I knew there had to be more to life than my melancholic routine of working a soul-less job and escapism during the weekends. Through intentional seeking, expansive experiences, enlightened teachers, and exposure to wisdom found through immersion in spiritual texts; I reconnected with my Self who's nature is creativity and love. I re-dedicated my life to music three years ago and never looked back. I sought out world-class vocal coaches in the city and sang for three hours every day, fell in love with the piano, wrote and composed over 200 musical pieces, and watched my life slowly transform through arduous adherence and dedication to this path. Five months ago, I quit my job in Finance to pursue music full-time, released my first song: "in silence", and just finished recording my first EP.

My sound is heavily influenced by both hip-hop and my work in classical singing. I take pride in singing and rapping at a high level, and believe this dynamism allows me to follow whichever direction or inclination the song needs. I believe my writing is the only true "superpower" I've ever had. For as long as I can remember, writing has felt like an exhale to me, and my command over the english language and ability to tell compelling stories is how I navigate the world. It is the the most profound joy I've ever felt to dive deeper into the craft of writing and share my gift. I hope to be a light in the world through my written prose and spoken word.
